The Pretorien 35 exhibits all the qualities of a Wauquiez Yacht : safety,comfort, performance and good looks.
Construction details include: all bulkheads bonded to the hull and deck is then bolted and boded to the hull.
The hull has a number of glassed in stiffeners.
The ballast is lead and all hardware is of premium manufacture of stainless steel.
The layout consists of comfortable main salon, two double cabins, a large galley, dedicated nav station and head.
All interior joinery is crafted out of teak.
Sole is teak and holly.
Vessel has been lightly used by two owners, with less than 650 hours on the original engine.
Bottom completely redone and barrier coated spring of 2004.
Deck non-skid newly painted.
Interior shows as new.
Systems include reverse cycle air conditioning/heating, electric windlass, pressure hot & cold water, refrigeration, gimbaled propane stove with oven,and battery charger.Complete specs provided upon request.
