Accommodations
Entering the cabin from the bimini-covered center cockpit, a double-door hatch leads to the companionway stairs with seven steps down to the main salon and galley area.
The L-shaped galley is to port of the companionway and features a double stainless sink, gimbaled three-burner propane stove with oven and plenty of storage drawers and cabinets.
Opposite the galley and to starboard is a four-seat dinette with a large table.
Forward, down two steps are port and starboard built-in settees that will slide out to create three additional berths.
The teak casework outboard of the settees and under the cushions provide abundant shelf space and she boasts 14 drawers for storage.
A slide out shelf to starboard behind cabinet doors conceals the television set.
On the starboard side also, you will find two comfy chairs.
One of the chairs swivels and the other one can be relocated to the dinette for an extra seating position.
Further forward is an enclosed cabin behind a beautifully carved door, with berth to starboard, marine head on centerline, washer/dryer combo unit and ample storage all around.
The chain locker is in the bow with anchor chain and rode.
Two large hatches are forward in the head and main salon areas.
Aft to port of the galley is a full-height passageway to the master stateroom.
At the inboard portion of the passageway are two large doors that provide complete access to the engine compartment for easy servicing. (There is also engine access from the master stateroom head.) The outboard side of the passageway contains the refrigerator compartment and navigation station.
A large standard hatch is above the passageway allowing for natural light and additional ventilation.
This hatch also provides access for extraction of large engine parts should the need ever arise, and an excellent pass-through for loading food stores and crew gear.
Aft through the passageway is the enormous master stateroom!
The master stateroom features a large double-wide, athwart ships built-in berth with lots of surrounding teak casework closet space, shelves, and drawers.
One of the unique features of this area is the large pirate ship-type double-paned windows built into the transom aft of the wide berth.
The transom windows provide good natural light and a great view, several feet above the waterline, from the berth.
Overhead are two large hatches for good ventilation and star gazing.
To starboard and forward of the sleeping area is a very large en suite head, larger than usual by sailboat norms.
This head compartment features a large sink with counter top area, again tons of storage, with shower and a marine toilet.
Integrity through-out is mirrored in the warmth and richness of carefully selected hardwoods and beautifully carved doors.
There is more interior space in this fine yacht than just about any other 45 footer and she boasts 6'3" headroom through-out.
