POP I's MISTRESS is in outstanding condition throughout.
She has fresh varnish, complete wax from the water line up, new bottom paint and fresh window trim paint.
Her engine room is clean and the fuel tanks are in excellent condition.
Her interior looks as good as her exterior; clean and well maintained.
There are custom canvas covers for all varnished surfaces.
All manuals and paperwork are available and neatly filed.
The Grand Banks 46 Classic offers the perfect size for cruising and livaboard.
If the 42 Classic is a little too small and the 49 is just too much boat, the 46 is the perfect compromise.
Designed with a full cockpit aft with access to the master stateroom and a transom door to the swim platform, she is also perfect for those fishing or diving expeditions.
There is no comparison to the secure and substantial feeling of this solid classic while under way.
Recently surveyed and all recommendations addressed, POP I'S MISTRESS is ready to go, where ever you would like to cruise.
