| | | | I am a 77 year old cruiser with knee and leg problems and must put our
Grand Banks “woodie” up for sale.
Our boat, “Wintertime” has been our
Winter home for the past 6 years and has been an excellent liveaboard.
She has been over 90% restored to yacht condition and is currently
fully operable.
In the hands of a young and / or healthy enough owner,
this mahogany trawler with reasonable maintenance can last several
more decades.
“Wintertime” is docked in the cruising community of Turkey Creek,
fresh water canals off the Okeechobee Waterway in South Central
Florida.
She can be kept at this boater's community or I will help
move her anywhere between Houston and Maine via the intercoastal and
coastal waterways.
She has twin 120 HP Lehman diesels (only 2700 hrs),
6 KW Onan generator and all equipment and features of the classic 42,
plus a complete sunbrella cover, installed in three sections
protecting the yacht from the hot summer sun.
