She is very dry
inside and well Kept.

Boat can be used for fishing, cruising, a home
away from home while in a marina.

The Boat is easy to dock operate.

There are steps to the fly bridge, instead of a ladder as well as a
walk through bridge to the bow.

She was recently cleaned, her bottom
painted and waxed, the zincs were replaced, the engines were tune up
and some hoses were also replaced.

Both bilge pumps replaced last
season and she got two new batteries this spring.

She runs good, is in
Good condition, Some spider cracks, but otherwise in good condition
for it's age.

The ceiling in the front berth has water stains on it.

The previous owner had left the front hatch open during a rain.

It is
and has been dry ever since we have had her and there is no odor.

The
canvas and vinyl top enclosure is worn due to age, It will need to be
replaced.

The transom seat was recovered temporarily, not
professionally, but it works for now.

We used her last summer in
Philadelphia and enjoyed her.

Moved her to Delaware for some
maintenance.

We have to let her go, because we cannot get her under a
bridge where we want to take her to.

Some specks are 8 person
capacity.
