THE CATALINA 27 OVERVIEW: A proven combination of successful cruising and
racing design features, A large and enthusiastic National Class Association
has helped to make the Catalina 27 one of the most active and popular one
design racer cruisers sailing today.

The Catalina 27's outstanding performance and handling characteristics
combined with a comfortable and efficient cockpit make the 27 a joy to
sail, whether racing or cruising.

ENGINE: ATOMIC 4 with 30hp, low hours and 20 gallon fuel capacity.

ELECTRONICS: DC panel, 12 volt and 110 volt systems, Standard HORIZON VHF,
SR Marine Knotmeter, AUTOHELM 3000 Autopilot, Electric bilge pump,
AM/FM/Cassette stereo with speakers.

LAYOUT: The interior table folds in half to store flat against the
bulkhead, All trim and cabinetry are finished in teak, The settee on the
starboard side makes up into a comfortable berth and the Catalina 27 sleeps
five to six.

HEAD: The head compartment is forward and to starboard, the head has a
molded in shower pan, sink, an opening overhead hatch, formica bulkheads
and a storage unit as well.

GALLEY: The galley arrangement has been designed for efficient meal
preparation and easy access to cockpit, The galley is equipped with plastic
laminate counter tops, a stainless steel sink and a 2 burner alcohol
gimballed stove, there is a fiberglass lined insulated ice box which has a
teak chopping block lid and an 18 gallon water tank as well as a 21 gallon
holding tank.

MISCELLANEOUS: Swim Ladder, 4 Life Jackets, Roller Furling, Lazy Jacks, 4
Batten Main Sail, 2 DANFORTH Anchors, Spinnaker and a WEST MARINE 2 man
Inflatable Dingy.
